CN Green Roof Asia (CNGRA) is a joint venture of Climate Fund Managers - Climate Investor One and Norfund, two leading institutional investors focused on climate mitigation and sustainable development.

The Company develops, owns, and operates renewable energy assets that contribute to the region’s energy transition and decarbonization goals. CNGRA currently manages and develops projects across Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines, leveraging regional expertise and local partnerships to deliver scalable, long‑term climate impact.

 

 

II. JOB DESCRIPTION

 

1. Content & Digital Marketing

• Support content research aligned with the Marketing Plan and Content Publishing Plan.
• Assist in preparing LinkedIn posts and website news articles, including:
  • Designing visuals
  • Editing photos and short videos
  • Coordinating with regional teams (Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines) when required.
• Help develop content related to:
  • Solar projects and company updates
  • Industry insights
  • Corporate activities and events
  • Recruitment ads

 

2. Marketing Campaigns & Branding

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns in line with the annual marketing roadmap.
• Support branding initiatives such as:
  • Corporate profile updates (PowerPoint)
  • Brand kit materials
  • Promotional videos and photoshoots
  • Website content updates

 

3. Event Marketing

• Support preparation and coordination for marketing events, including industry exhibitions, ceremony events, PR activities

• Assist in preparing event materials and coordinating with vendors and partners.

 

4. Coordination & Administrative Support

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information for marketing projects.
• Support communication with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Assist with marketing documentation and administrative tasks (budget tracking, payment process submission)
• Support ESG-related activities and reporting (e.g., VietSeeds initiatives).

 

 

III. POSITION HOLDER REQUIREMENTS

 

1. Formal Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in:
  • Marketing & Communications
  • Business Administration; International Business
  • Media & Design
  • Other related fields

 

2. Experience, Skills, and Knowledge

• Strong written communication skills in English and Vietnamese
• Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint, or other tools)
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and website content posting
• Basic photo/video editing skills
• Good organizational and coordination skills

 

3. Candidate Profile

• Proactive and willing to learn
• Detail-oriented and responsible
• Able to work independently with guidance
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainability is a big plus
